During the next 12 months I will be taking on 50 obstacle course races. These will include The Suffering, Zeus, Rocket Race, Dirty Dozen, Airfield Anarchy, Wolf Run, Ram Run, Avalanche, X-Runner, Major Series, the Reaper, Vision Run, Dash of the Titan, Iron Run, Rat Race Dirty Weekend and Mudnificent7!

At the end of the obstacle course races, I'll face my last challenge - Man vs Mountain 2016. During this event I'll run from Caernarfon to Mt.Snowdon and finally to Llanberis covering 22miles and 5055ft of ascent.

I'm doing this in memory of my late father-in-law, Tony Woodard, who we lost to bowel cancer in 2009 and to support the Bobby Moore Fund, who continue to raise money to fund life-saving bowel cancer research.
