I ran a marathon in 2017 and afterwards said never again! Now 2 years on and one year since leaving the best Regiment in the world it is time for this veteran to get fit! So I have committed to run the Southampton Marathon on April 26th 2020 (the same day as the London Marathon). I have chosen the Mercian Benevolent Charity and run in memory of my fallen comrades Ian Fisher and Gareth Bellingham. Let the training commence! Stand Firm Strike Hard
