Starting on Monday 20th July a must complete 105 miles before Sunday 26th July to achieve the virtual Lakeland 100.

I will also complete "The Bay Limestone Round " this is a new route of 55 miles and touches 13 Limestone summits that surround Morecambe Bay,  the area that Bay Search and Rescue mainly cover.
