This challenge requires a daily press up session in incremental quantities. I started 1st June 2014 with 1 press-up. On day two; 2 press-ups. Day three; 3 press-ups and so on until 31st May 2015 when I'll do 365.

No skipping is allowed, nor any carry over (i.e. I can't do more on an earlier/easier day and carry them over to the later/harder days).

By the end of the year I'll have done 66,795 press-ups!

Why? To mark the fact that I'm President of The Rotary Club of Clitheroe this year with a personal fundraising challenge... And because the NW Air Ambulance is such a valuable resource to the area.
