Story
On Sunday 29th July, I will be cycling 100 miles along the 2012 Olympic cycle route in the 2018 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 raising funds for St Luke's Hospice.
St Luke’s is the local hospice for Harrow and Brent and they care for people whose illnesses are no longer curable, enabling them to achieve the best possible quality of life. Their vision is a world where everyone with an incurable illness can access the care they need to live well, to know that their family and carers are supported, and to die with dignity in the place of their choice.
It’s incredibly difficult for the hospice to raise all the funds it needs each year and it relies on voluntary donations to provide fabulous care and support to those who need it.
I cycle most weekends with a group of friends but I’ve never cycled as far as 100 miles and would really appreciate any support to encourage me up those long hills!
As I’m sure you’re all aware, donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to St Luke’s. So it’s the most efficient way to donate and sponsor me.
Thank you for your support.
