We are going to be taking part in the Rex to Nice Banger Rally:

We are driving two old banger-cars, worth less than £500.00  (part of the criteria for entering the rally) from Scotland to Nice via North of France and back again. 

Our journey starts from Perth Scotland, joining the rest of the teams for the start of the banger-rally in Reims, France on July 12th. We aim to complete the rally in Nice on July 15th, having travelled through some of the highest mountain passes in France, Switzerland and Italy.

The challenge is age (of our cars - not us!). One car has done nearly 300,000 miles. Air conditioning - yet to established (although we have built-in air-conditioning in one wing, so nothing to complain about really).
