2020 has been a really tough year for everyone, so I thought I'd do my bit for all those who have suffered from Thrombosis (dangerous blood clots).

No less than 1 in 4 people die from conditions caused by thrombosis. It's the most common cause of hospital deaths that can be prevented in the UK.

On September 19th I'll be running 26.2 miles VIRTUALLY! 

No crowds...just me running around London for 4-5 hours. It's going to be painful, tiring and super dull!
