Story
Leicestershire and Rutland Blood Bikes provide a vital role, serving communities and supporting the NHS.
The LRBB is run by volunteers who transport tissues & blood to where it is needed most in the Leicestershire and Rutland area, and sometimes beyond.
My Godfather recently passed away from Leukemia, and had benefitted from the dedication of these riders as part of his treatment.
He himself loved bikes, so for them to help him was quite fitting.
As a big thank you for everything they have done and continue to do for our communities then I wanted to raise money for the LRBB. Pushing myself up Snowdon will hopefully provide support for the volunteers through all funds raised.
