Before I was  asked to take part in the Men of Harlech Challenge, the last time I got on a bike, was over 45 years ago!! I have agreed to cycle from North Wales to Cardiff City Stadium in South Wales , over 3 days and covering over 200 miles (and it’s not all downhill!)
