We raise awareness of kidney cancer to reduce the harm caused by the disease.

Story

Steve noticed he had blood in his urine last year summer, September, October time, he honestly can't remember. Roughly 2 weeks before Christmas 2019 Steve noticed blood in his urine again, this is when he decided to tell me everything. To say I was furious with Steve is an understatement. We got the ball rolling straight away with appointments starting in January 2020 with his GP etc.

Steve got diagnosed with Kidney Cancer in April. In May he got his right kidney and all the cancerous surrounding tissues removed during surgery.

We have had fun school lessons talking about organs of the human body with Marley, as we DO NOT want Marley to know the real reasons behind the removal of his wonky kidney.

Steve is doing absolutely marvellous 10 weeks now from his operation. We would like to thank family and friends for all your support, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic we are all enduring.
