I started running back in September 2016 and managed to complete couch to 5k, I never thought for one minute that it would take me on the journey that it has. I've been given an opportunity to do the GNR and it is my absolute pleasure to be able to support the Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter. Please give whatever you can no matter how small as every little helps towards this amazing local charity enabling them to continue to care for lost, abandoned and mistreated animals in the North East.
