Bowel Disease Research Foundation raises much needed money to support research into bowel cancer and colitis, and are generously supporting my own research activities. 

I wanted my efforts from the incredibly challenging Dragon ride on Sunday 7th June to give something back to BDRF. It will be the furthest I have ever cycled. Having completed the Dragon Medio Fondo (95miles) last year, and the Tour of Pembrokeshire (107 miles) last month I am feeling prepared (I think!) Starting at Margam Park it goes to the heart of the Brecon Beacons taking in many of South Wales iconic climbs such as the Bwlch, Rhigos, and the Devils Elbow-11,864 feet of uphill in total.
