Dean found his niche working with the team at WDP he loved it - he finally found his vocation in life, using his incredibly social skills, great work ethic and cheeky smile to earn peoples trust. He had great respect for everyone working at the centre from those delivering the service to those receiving the help they so desperately needed. 

They work very hard in what can be a challenging and emotionally charged environment.   They deliver a service with care, but also manage to inject a little humour to keep things up-beat!
