For my birthday, I am asking any friends and family who wish to do so, to donate to ARC, a local counselling service based in Axminster.  ARC have been a life-line to me over the past year, and without the support and care offered to me by my counsellor, Craig, I honestly don't know where I would be.  Being able to access free weekly counselling has enabled me to keep going through what has been the darkest and toughest year of my life.  Craig has offered me a constant source of support, for which I will always be grateful, and without this service being free, I would simply not have been able to afford it.  

ARC rely entirely on donations and fundraising to provide a free service, and they are experiencing a crisis in funding which may mean them having to reduce, restructure or withdraw the service they offer.

Given how much ARC have done for me, I want to do what I can to help them. They offer support to so many people, including me, so please help if you can. Thank you :) x
