I’m walking from Cardiff Bay to Barry island on 3rd April to raise money for Ty Hapus. Ty Hapus support people locally with dementia and I am doing the walk for my wonderful Mum who is in the final stages of Vascular Dementia and my lovely Father in Law who has Alzheimer's!
