Dreamflight is an annual trip that takes 192 chidren on the holiday of a lifetime.

16 children are selected from the Northwest from numerous nominations sent in. The trip is 10 days in Orlando covering every inch of the theme parks; Disney, MGM,Blizzard Beach, Sea World, Universal, Islands of Adventure and Discovery Cove.

The team of Pirate volunteers consist of a group leader, Doctor, physio, 4 nurses and various non medical volunteers who have dedicated their time and effort to not only take part in the trip, but to fundraise prior to the holiday.

All work for Dreamflight is done as a volunteer and the trip would not take place without all the hard work of the trustees, camera crew, medical and non medical escorts.

BUT...... most importantly this is a charity and does rely on donations and sponsership. So please please please donate and spread the word to family, friends, colleagues and neighbours!!!!

This is the fundraising page for all The Pirate activities taking place throughout the year including the Manchester 10k run in May and the Tyne zip wire in June! Wish us luck!!!!!
