Alex and I are taking part in a 12 hour spin-a-thon to support Hope.  You know how we love our spinning!  Hope supports young people when a loved one is seriously ill. They're there from the point of diagnosis for however long they're needed, whatever the outcome for the patient.The charity is entirely self-funded and relies on fundraising, donations and grants so that they can carry on supporting young people who are going through such a traumatic time.

No young person should have to bear the pain and grief of walking through a serious illness of a loved one alone.  Hope means that they don't have to.

We're only cycling for half an hour - but the support you can give can support a life-line.
