I'm running the Jane Tomlinson 10 k run, doing my very small bit in raising  enough money for the children's heart surgey fund ; a charity which  endlessly supports valuable equipment,resources and research for the treatment of children with heart defects, whilst ensuring that these children have the best possible chance of survival.
