Having picked up running during lockdown I ambitiously signed up for the Manchester marathon and now the time has almost come. Running has been a great hobby for me in this time and now I would like to try and give back. I will be running for Alzheimers Dementia Support and any donations will be greatly appreciated.

'ADS' is a local and independent charity that assists, guides and actively supports people living with Dementia, their Carers and families in our local area encompassing Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Slough and Langley. Our services provide engaging, meaningful interactions and activities with advice and a 'someone always ready to listen'. Many of the Services do not need to be pre-booked. We work closely with other Agencies to signpost our Members to additional support and information.
