I am doing Ironman Austria for Alzheimers and in memory of Isaac Maley.

The distance I will be doing are: 3.8km swim followed by a 180km bike ride (push bike that is, DOH)!! and then lastly a 42km marathon run.

I get 17 hours to complete the course but aiming to complete it in under 14 hours if my ageing body allows.....
