2018 is the year of my 60th birthday and my retirement from work and rather than the typical collection/leaving gift or birthday presents, I would ask anyone wishing to contribute to support Myaware - the charity for Myasthenia Gravis, a rare and incurable immune illness which has proved to be such a challenge... even for someone like me :-)

It is not my wish to keep asking for donations (you were all very kind last year), but I would far rather this than a leaving (or birthday) present, however nice it might be. And in case you are wondering, the Tour de Broads might be flat(ish) but it is 100 Miles!

Anyway, my goal is set, my training plan worked out - now time to execute! In other words - Commit, Focus, Believe, Achieve!!
