Hi, I have been cycling for a while now just to keep fit and to enjoy the social aspect.  A group of us are doing the Coast to Coast and I thought it was a great opportunity to try and raise some money for a local Malton charity, Ryedale Special Families.  RSF is currently trying to raise £100k so that they can move into new premises.  

I am setting off from St Bees on Thursday, 13th September, hoping to arrive in Robin Hoods Bay on Saturday, 15th!  200 miles in 3 days.
