A very good friend of mine and fitness fanatic, Tim Clifford, sadly passed away unexpectedly in October last year following a night out with some of our close friends.
In memory of Tim, I plan to raise money for St Johns Ambulance by running two marathons (Paris & London) in two weeks.
I have chosen to run for St Johns as the response from the emergency services in our time of need was incredible. St Johns Ambulance play a crucial role in supporting the emergency services by responding to incidents, providing medical cover at events and even attending emergency calls. In addition to this, hundreds of thousands of people learn how to save a life through the charities training programmes.
As some of you may know running a marathon is tough, so running two in two weeks is going to be quite some challenge.
A donation of any amount will be appreciated.
