Story

On the 15th of June I will metamorphosise into a fully-fledged
MAMIL and join a team of medics to cycle a very hilly 110 miles stopping at hospitals in Devon and Cornwall to acknowledge their services during the pandemic.
I am supporting Bowel Cancer West who fund research, training and raise awareness of bowel cancer. It's been a tough year for the charity and support for cancer services is needed now more than ever following the impact of covid. This will be my biggest challenge yet (by a long shot!) so your support with a small donation would be hugely appreciated.

As an aside: This time two years ago I was tanked on morphine in A&E with a broken knee. Doctors were telling Liz it was "one of the worst they had ever seen" so it's been a personal battle to get to a stage where I can contemplate these kinds of events again.
