In October I'll be heading to a hospital in Lira, Uganda with a small team from Poole Hospital sharing clinical teaching and medical supplies. We'll be undertaking the trip in our spare time and are entirely reliant on the Poole Africa Link (PAL) Charity to fund this.  It doesnt seem fair for people to part with their cash without me doing something pretty challenging so I've decided to swim in the Polkerris 5km. Yes, I do like a lazy swim bimble but my current max (ever) is 2km so this is hard! If you can, please spare a few pounds to help PAL (and me) out.
