London is the loneliest city in the UK, and loneliness affects all generations, but especially the elderly.

I am hoping to complete my very first 100 mile cycle ride for people like William, whose lives without human connection have lost all meaning and hope. I am riding because I believe in the power of kinship and the human need for belonging and connection.
