On Sunday, October 2, 2022, I will be running in the 42nd TCS London Marathon. Inspired by my colleagues and friends during my first New York marathon last year, I have continued to train throughout the winter. My goal is to promote philanthropy and healthy living by running in London and Berlin Marathon on September 25th.

I’ve pledged to raise GBP 2,150 (USD 2,800) for BASICS Essex Volunteer Ambulance in London by September 1^st . I would appreciate any financial contribution that would help me reach that goal. Such donations are tax deductible.

BASICS is a network of volunteer doctors and paramedics who respond to incidents at the request of the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust. They have been saving lives since 1973 and receive no government funding, relying solely upon charitable donations.
