Thousands of people are quietly battling with Obsessive Compulsive Orders every day. These disorders manifest in a multitude of ways and truly take over people's lives, effecting them in ways that you may never see. OCD Action aims to raise awareness of OCD and provide counselling and support to those in need. Just £32 pays for an hour of one to one support , and I am aiming to raise enough money to enable ten people to have that important first session.
