Story
I love sugar and this is a big challenge for me but I am going to do it.
My usual breakfast is shreddies, cornflakes, rice crispies with raisins or honey on toast but I won't be able to have that stuff because they all have sugar in. I think the only breakfast I will really be eating will be plain porridge or fruit smoothies.
I am allowing myself to eat the natural sugar in fresh fruit but not dried fruit like raisins or sultanas. It will also mean I can't have most yoghurts except for the natural ones.
I will have to give up my absolute FAVOURITE pudding at school which will be SO hard because all my friends on my dinner table will be eating theirs!
There are two reasons why I am giving up sugar; 1) I want to save the environment and the animals that live in it. If the rainforest gets cut down the animals and the people that live there won't have anywhere to live! This means the animals are at the risk of becoming extinct. 2) I would like to be healthier and fitter.
