Story
In memory of Averil Hart, an angel who inspired people to reach their full potential through her infectious enthusiasm, cheerfulness and radiant personality. She was one of my dearest childhood friends and partner-in-crime at nursery school, memories of which I greatly cherish. We will always remember her with enormous affection and love.
Her illness was covered in the Daily Mail on 28 Nov 2013 (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2514714/Dead-19-anorexic-student-Averil-Hart-let-doctors.html).
Daddy and I are deciding to help each other along in completing this half marathon. We both greatly dislike running and are not the sportiest potatoes out there so any support and encouragement would be terrific!
And huge thanks to those friends who have donated offline, including:
Irene Filkin - £12
Henry, Bea, Sydney and Gordon Batchelder (Geneva) - £35
Carolyn and Chuck Mauch (USA) - £12
Stan and Rob Ellis - £20
