I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon this April alongside one of my closest friends Kate and many others. Two years ago, Kate tragically lost her younger brother at the age of 16 after battling mental health. Both Max’s sisters, Kate and Ella, have set up this amazing charity to provide support to children and young adults with a focus on anxiety, depression and suicide prevention.
