I am 15 and do volunteer shop work every Saturday. I am currently completing the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award and for my physical activity I thought it would be a good idea to combine getting fit with raising money for Shelter. 

I am not at all sporty, in fact I usually prefer a good book rather than sport of any kind! So for me this is a big challenge! 

Just in case you have not heard of The Long Walk it is a 2.65 mile (4.26km) path that runs from George IV Gateway at Windsor Castle to the 1829 Copper Horse statue of King George III at the top of Snow Hill. My aim is to complete a "there and back" run - a total of 5.3 miles (8.52km).
