Story

In May, I will be taking part in Blenheim Palace Triathlon for Refugee Education UK!

I have chosen to support this wonderful charity as I take on my first triathlon, because I think it is important that everyone has equal access to education and the support they need to succeed.

REUK directly supports more than 600 young refugees with their education. This looks like either matching them with volunteer mentors who can help them with homework and practicing English, trained practitioners providing wellbeing support for those struggling with their mental health, guiding young refugees through college, university and scholarship applications, running leadership courses to help young people find their voices, and running creative and wellbeing activities. They do a lot, are a really fantastic organisation and could really do with the support right now. You can read more about them on their website www.reuk.org.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my fundraising page. I will be tracking my training on Strava and will post regular updates as we get closer to the event. If you are able to make a donation, any amount will be greatly appreciated and go a long way.
