As a team of 3 we are taking part in the Outlaw Half Ironman in memory of our friend Chris Bygate who sadly passed away in October last year. Chris completed a full Iron Man, and we are trying to replicate part of his awesomeness by taking part in a half Iron Man along with a load of his friends and family. We have all been training hard as this is the biggest sporting challenge we have all had to face - Elly will be swimming 1.2 miles in open water, Andy will be cycling 56 miles and Becky will be running 13.1 miles.  We must each finish our sections in an alloted time in order for the the next person in the team to start their bit. 

We are doing this to raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance, who were the first on the scene when Chris had his accident.  Please sponsor us in order to keep this vital service going.
