Vehicles have always been a worry to us in Malawi. It is a challenge to maintain the current 20 year old landcruiser but, without it, we cannot operate. The vehicle was already over 10 years old when Elspeth bought it in the UK and took it to Malawi in 2010. It has been a wonderful, reliable car but it is now showing its age and needing major work as well as new tyres all round. We are 4 miles from the main road to Blantyre, down a very poor mud track and the car is absolutely essential for us to take the children to school and the hospital and to buy their food in the main town.

Please help us pay to keep it on the road while we try to work out how we are ever going to replace it!
