I know that January is a tough month but I didn’t have a choice when I could start this... sorry!

As many of you know Alex’s brother, George, was involved in a serious motorbike accident and left with life changing injuries. The London Air Ambulance saved his life at the side of the road.

I wanted to do something to raise money for the amazing work that the Air Ambulance do, as it is entirely based on charitable donations. I have been challenged to become vegan in January which to me is a big change to my diet! 

To keep me going while munching on carrot sticks, I would appreciate it if you could spare a couple of pounds (that perhaps you would have spent on that chocolate bar that I can’t eat!!)
