I'm excited to be running my first 10 k race for Ida Bass Kidney Foundation. They're a brilliant charity supporting the only dialysis treatment centre in the Gambia and aiming to bring about sustainable healthcare by training and raising awareness of kidney disease. 

This is a small charity where any funds raised will make a real difference. Please help me reach my target and tackle my first race!
