I have arrange a 3 hour Clubathon on Saturday 5th December 2015 0900-1200 in the Sports Hall at The Hereford Academy (old Haywood school)

If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout then you'll LOVE Clubbercise.

Fun, easy to follow dance routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90's classics to the latest chart hits.

Taught in a darkened room with disco lights so you can really let yourself go!!

There are high and low impact option to suit everybody - so please don't feel like you are not fit enough.
