Thanks for taking the time to visit my page and support me.

I am busy training for my first half marathon, eek! The longest distance I have run to date is 7 miles, so only a little more to go!! Winchester half marathon is on 19th September, I started training exactly 12 weeks before so should have no excuse for a poor time...IF I STICK TO THE TRAINING!

Abby's Heroes are a fantastic charity who have touched the lives of some very close friends of ours. I want to raise some money to help the charity continue their fantastic work helping and supporting children and their families coming under the care of the Piam Brown and TYA (Teenager and Young Adults) wards in Southampton General Hospital.
