Thanks for taking the time to visit Emma's JustGiving page.

St David's helped Emma and myself through difficult times when Emma was diagnosed with cancer two and a half years ago. Especially at the end when we used hospice at Home. They were absolutely fantastic and so supportive. Please donate in Emma's memory so that others can have the same support we did.

About the charity

St. David's Hospice Care provides free community-based hospice care to people with cancer or any other life threatening illness living in Gwent and Mid/South Powys. Your donations help us to provide the services that give patients a real choice about where they spend their final days.
