The Avalon Group provides personalised care and support to people with disabilities, mental health needs and dementia across Yorkshire and the North East.

With social care facing ever more cuts, Avalon is seeing a
continual decline in funded services which offer real meaning and life fulfilment opportunities to people who truly need them.

Without funding to support such services, there is an increase in loneliness and isolation, and additional weight of responsibility on unpaid family carers.
