Over the Summer Holidays, a team of teaching staff at Emmaville are taking part in a sponsored walk organised by the Walk and Talk Trust. We will walk and climb 12 miles to High Cup Nick, where we will hopefully be able to appreciate some spectacular views (British weather depending!). 

 The past year has been a challenging one for many, and the idea behind the Walk and Talk trust is to promote the physical and mental benefits associated with regular exercise, specifically walking. 

The money raised through our walk will go towards buying all children in Year 6 a pair of walking boots. These will be used throughout next academic year and will hopefully help to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of our pupils; something which is always at the forefront of our minds at Emmaville.
