Several of my favourite people over the years have had dementia and so I have seen how hard it can be for all involved and so this seemed like a great way to do what we already do but with an added bonus!!!

I know I’m late (for a change) but I reckon we can do 26 miles even now.. it’ll encourage me to make the most of my week off 😁🐕
