Lucia is a very special little girl that suffers from a condition called CHD congenital heart defect, which means she only has half a working heart.

Since being born she has been through 2 major heart operations and still has one to go.

Little heart matters has been an amazing support for Lucia and her family and not forgetting all of Lucia's little heart warrior friends.

Expressions really want to support this amazing charity and raise as much awareness and money as we can to keep this charity available to continue supporting so many families that could not be without them.
