We are a group of ladies who met through the Community Fitness sessions in Moorside Park. Last year 7 of us travelled all the way to cold Leeds to get muddy (and had an amazing time while doing it). This year we're back - and our team has almost doubled! 

For some of us this will be our first EVER 5k (so we need extra support), we all have our own personal reasons for taking part in the race (whether we know someone who has been affected by cancer, some of our team have even had cancer themselves or we just want to raise money for a great cause).

If you promise to make lots of donations, we promise to have lots of fun and get REALLY muddy!

Will Angela put the rest of us to shame? Will Wendy still be fuelled by Ukrainian beer? Will the participants from our running club; Becky, Amanda & Angela be super-speedy demons!
