This is our sixth year taking part in the Palace For Life Marathon March and this time some of us have actually bought proper trainers, done a bit of training and packed plenty of plasters.

Palace For Life needs your money more than ever having struggled, like all of us, through the Covid-19 pandemic. FYP is part of the Palace family and so is the Palace For Life Foundation which supports young people across South London.

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with young people for over 25 years. We use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.Growing up in south London has never been tougher but we are in a unique position to drive positive change. We work in schools and the community, inspiring young people to find a better path and to lead a healthier life. Your donations will directly support our work and make a real impact, for real people.
