On Monday 27th November I will be taking part in a sponsored silence from 10 am - 3 pm to raise money for HARV. This will take place in the 16 days of Action Against Domestic Abuse.

The sponsored silence signifies the silence that children often face when they are living in households where there is domestic violence.

HARV is a local charity which offers support to victims and survivors of domestic violence. HARV would like to provide a Christmas party for the children and mothers they are supporting. Also, money raised will ensure that none of the families being supported by the service go hungry at Christmas and those in most need are provided with a Christmas hamper.
