On the 19th May at 6am,  I'll be starting to head up Snowdon, followed by a further 13 peaks, 14,000 feet of ascent and 22 miles of intimidating mountain hiking over two days! I do a fair amount of walking at weekends, but I've never attempted a challenge like this, and have no idea if I can do it....so please consider sponsoring me   - no matter how small the amount, I'll be hugely grateful! I'm even buying myself a pair of hiking poles. It's that serious.

I'm walking with a group of people from Penguin Random House and we are all determined to raise money for the brilliant charity; Ministry of Stories, who run fun creative writing workshops with a diverse audience of young people helping to build their confidence, self-respect and achieve better results in the classroom.
