Being married to an Outlaw has given me the taste for triathlons so what better way to start than a relay with my best friend. 

On Sunday 17th May Drew will be completing the 1.2 mile swim and 13 mile run whilst I attempt to ride the 56 mile leg. With the hope that we can run down the red carpet to become Outlaws! 

This will be my first ever relay triathlon event and it would a shame to pass the opportunity to raise some pennies for a charity close to us both, The Police Treatment Centre. 

Drew and I have used the PTC and can’t thank them enough for the treatment and support received. It’s about the only perk to being cops which is funded by police officer contributions. 

The centre offers treatment such as physio and wellbeing support for serving and retired police officers. Which in our line of duty is well needed. It helps officers get back to work following injuries or can support those having a difficult time in all types of circumstances. The staff are second to none and facilities top notch. But it can’t run without our support!

We would really appreciate any donation no matter how little  and can promise it’s going to a worthwhile cause. If you’ve been lucky to use the centre you’ll know only too well how brilliant it is and for those who haven’t yet we promise the day you need it you’ll be very thankful you’ve paid your monthly subscription!
