In memory of Granny Bird
We provide activities for boys 5-18 to prepare them for life.

Story

Twenty years ago, on March 11, 1999, my Granny Bird passed away. I never got to meet her but I have had lots of people tell me that I have her spirit and strong personality.   When she was having chemotherapy, she sometimes wore a wig and she was especially proud of the one she wore at my Mum and Dad's wedding.   In her honour, I am donating a foot of my hair to The Little Princess Trust so that other young people can get wigs in their time of need.

This summer I am going to Malawi with the Boys Brigade to help repair and renovate classrooms.   I have been there before in 2016 so I know just how important this work is.  I am hoping I can raise funds to buy building materials, paint and hire builders to improve the classrooms where some of my Malawian friends teach and learn in memory of my Granny Bird

Thank you

Louise
